Houselord Journal · Field note
Before buying coastal land in Mayungu: start with evidence
How drone context, legal verification and site intelligence should work together before a Mayungu coastal land decision.
The drone is the beginning
Aerial imagery helps a buyer understand road access, surrounding development, vegetation, coastline relationship and the broader site. It does not prove ownership, exact boundaries or development rights.
Separate the layers
The commercial story, land documentation, survey information, planning conditions, utilities and environmental constraints should be reviewed as separate evidence layers before they are assembled into one investment narrative.
Do not render too early
A beautiful villa or resort concept can distort a decision when the underlying site conditions are not yet validated. Houselord’s Atlas workflow starts from the real territory, then adds concept design only when its assumptions are explicit.
Controlled dossier
The Mayungu Ocean Plot and the working-name Mayungu Wild Coast Plot are presented publicly without unverified dimensions, prices or return claims. Those details belong in a controlled, current dossier.
